Pincode Program - Rajasthan

Program details

1. RBP machines to be sold at each pincode of Rajasthan based on groups under this scheme as per Annexure 1.

2. Products will be billed at 30% discount on MRP.

3. One machine from each group can be bought by the customers at each pincode through WeP My Shop, which means 2 machines at each pincode for demo.

4. Customer should be unique for each group.

5. Once the pincode is transacted in system for each group, pincode shall be blocked for further transactions.

6. Billed customers under this program will be given a reference of new customer each day(depends on the queries) for showing demo.

7. Demos will be limited to 1 customer per day with maximum of 3 demos a week.

Execution Process

1. WMS portal will display banner for Pincode demo program.

2. Customer clicks on the link for this program which will migrate customer to data entry page where customer has to give his pincode which will verify if pincode is available for discount.

3. Once the pincode is verified customer has to generate coupon code of 30% discount.

4. Customer goes to product buy page and add in to cart. Apply coupon before clicking on checkout option.

5. After clicking on checkout page, terms and conditions will reflect, customer has to click and go to payment page.

6. Once the order is placed and payment is done. Product will be dispatched with 2 days.

7. Pincode will be blocked for 24 hrs if coupon code is generated for a particular pincode.

8. Installation shall be done by WeP engineer/Channel partner, once the machine reaches end customer

T1 Partners

T1 will be promoting this program to customers.

T1 patners will be rewarded with extra incentive on each purchase through respective dealer codes.

T1 will get coupon codes of equivalent to incentive achieved at the end of pincode program.

Installation Incentive will be given on each installation as per current process of invoice generation against WeP Solutions Ltd.

Process for T1 to get Incentive on WMS

T1 partner has to give his name while generating coupon code for 30% discount Incentive will be on the successful order based on the generated coupon code

Communication to End Customers

i). Through digital marketing WhatsApp, Youtube and Facebook

ii). Through Inside sales team Cold calls/mails to existing customer

iii). Through WMS portal, but putting a flash text link, where customer can read the terms and conditions of the programme by clicking on it

iv). Newspaper Advertisements

v). Advertisements through Pamphlets and Brochures at Rajasthan dealer place

vi). Brochure distribution through Sales champs

vii). Program details thorugh SMS to all the existing RBP customers of WeP

viii). Pincode to be listed in the portal, where customer can check eligible pincodes for 30% discount

Terms & Conditions for Pincode program

Demo machine will be priced at 30% discount on MRP.

Must give demo to other customers about the Billing Machine to a maximum of 3 demo in a week.

Customer need not do demo in his peak hour of business.

Demo policy is for 9 months.

Customer will be intimated about the demo 24 hours prior for any demo request.

If any inconvenience customer needs to inform during the demo intimation itself and give alternative timing.

Customer details will be displayed in company website for 9 months.

Only 5 machines can be purchased from one login of WePMyShop.

Product training will be given during the time of installation.

Q1- How can I check if I am eligible for this discount?

Ans- Please click on the link of Pincode program, you will be migrated to a page for checking eligibilty according to pincode

Q2- Can I buy multiple products under this program?

Ans- You can buy only 1 product from each group. There are 2 groups of products. Please refer the program details by click on banner of Pincode program

Q3- Do I get any reward for Demo?

Ans- No.

Q4- How many demos I have to do?

Ans- You can demo upto 3 customers in a week.

Q5- From where I will get customers for demo?

Ans- WeP will be giving you customers for demo.

Q6- How many products can I buy from my login ID of WePMyShop?

Ans- You can buy maximum of 5 products from a single login of WePMyShop

Q7- What if my online payment fails? Will I get discount after that?

Ans- Your product in the cart will be available upto 24 hours of migrating into payment gateway. You can try again for payment, you can still avail discount

FAQs for dealers

1. Will I get any incentive if I help out customers in buying machines through WePmyShop?

You will get incentive based on the products bought under groups. And you can put installation entry of the customer, you will get installation incentive also.

2. How this program going to benefit me?

You will be getting leads through our marketing activities which enables you to sell more under this program.

3.Can I make purchase on behalf of customer?

Yes you can make purchase, but you will have to create customer profile in wepmyshop before ordering

4. How will company know about my referrals?

We have given option for referral type while generating coupon codes. Dealers can select this option and give their name
